The answer depends on which airport you land at and where you're staying, because the island has three separate front doors. Ercan sits in the north; Larnaca and Paphos are in the south, with a border crossing on the way up. Ercan airport transfer prices

Ercan is North Cyprus's own airport, so the drives are short and the Ercan airport taxi cost is naturally the lowest of the three. Flights arrive via Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir and often land late in the evening — the fare doesn't change for the hour.

Larnaca airport transfer prices

If you want a direct flight from Europe, Larnaca is usually the only option. The drive is longer and includes a Green Line crossing, but the Larnaca to Kyrenia taxi price is still a single fixed figure — no surcharge for the border and no change of vehicle.

Paphos airport transfer prices

Paphos sits at the western tip of the island, so the run north is a long one and the fares are the highest of the three. You still get one fixed number — nothing is charged by the hour and stops on the way don't add to it.

How much is a taxi from Ercan airport to Kyrenia?

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The £55 Ercan to Kyrenia fare is the same whether you travel alone or as a family of four. For larger groups there's a Vito minibus — tell us your numbers and we'll allocate the right car.

Do I pay extra for the border crossing?
