1.Who we are
TheTaxsi is a chauffeur and airport-transfer service operating in Cyprus. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question, write to us at the email address in the footer of this site — we answer in person.
2.Data we collect
When you book, we collect your name and phone number and — where you share them — your flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count and any notes. If you use the contact form, we also receive your email address. We do not ask for or store card details; fares are paid in cash to your chauffeur.
3.How we use your data
We use your details only to plan and run your transfer: to confirm the booking, keep you updated about pickup, and answer your questions. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
4.Legal basis
We process your data to carry out the transfer you asked for and to take the steps you request before that booking. Where we keep records for accounting, we do so to meet our legal obligations.
5.Who we share it with
Your name, phone and pickup details are passed to the driver assigned to your transfer, because they need them to collect you. We arrange bookings over WhatsApp and, where enabled, save reservation records to a Google spreadsheet we control; your data passes through these services when you use them. We never share your data for marketing.
6.How long we keep it
We keep booking records only as long as we need them to run the service and meet accounting rules, then remove them. WhatsApp messages stay in your chat history and ours until either side deletes them.
7.Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, not third-party networks.
8.Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. Write to the email in our footer and we will take care of it.

How do I book a transfer?
Choose your route, date, time and party size on the booking form, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within minutes to confirm — no account or upfront payment is required.
What is included in the price?
Every fixed fare covers the private transfer, all tolls and parking, live flight tracking and up to 45 minutes of airport waiting. Extras such as child seats are shown separately before you book.
How do I pay?
Pay cash to your chauffeur on arrival — no prepayment or deposit. The price is fixed and agreed before the trip, so there are no surprises at the end.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically and adjust the pickup time. Your chauffeur waits at no extra charge, so a delay never changes your fare.
How will I recognise my driver?
Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and you receive their name, phone number and vehicle details in advance.
Which routes and vehicles do you cover?
We drive every major route across Cyprus, from airport transfers to point-to-point trips. Vehicles range from saloon cars for up to 3 guests to vans and a 16-seat Sprinter for larger groups.
