A fixed-price transfer means you agree the fare when you book and it does not change on the day — no meter, no night surcharge, no extra at the door. The price is per vehicle, includes tolls, parking and airport waiting, and is confirmed before you travel. Here is exactly what that covers and how each part works.

What does the fixed fare include?

The fare you see covers the private vehicle for your whole group, all road tolls and parking, live flight tracking, and up to 45 minutes of waiting at the airport. There is no charge per passenger and no fuel or luggage add-on. Extras like a child seat or a VIP vehicle are shown separately before you confirm.

Is the price per person or per car?

Per car. A saloon takes up to three or four passengers with cases, and a van or Sprinter takes larger groups — but the fixed fare is for the vehicle, so a family or group shares one price rather than paying each. Tell us your party size and we assign the right vehicle.

How does flight tracking work?

When you book, you give us your flight number. We track that flight's live arrival time, so if it lands early or late your driver is there for the actual time, not the scheduled one. You do not need to call or update us if the flight changes — the tracking does it.

What if my flight is delayed?

Nothing changes and nothing extra is charged. Because we follow the flight, a delay simply moves your pickup to match. The first 45 minutes of waiting after landing are included as standard, which covers passport control and baggage on a normal arrival.

When and how do I pay?

  1. You book online or over WhatsApp and receive a confirmation with the fixed fare.
  2. No deposit or advance payment is required to hold the booking.
  3. You pay the driver in cash on arrival — often in pounds, euros or lira.

The amount is the one on your confirmation. It does not rise for night arrivals, traffic or a longer wait within the included time.

Why don't you use a meter?

A meter turns a known cost into a gamble that depends on traffic, the route the driver takes and the time of day — exactly when you can least check it, tired and newly landed. A fixed fare removes that. You compare the price at home, against the ticket and against other options, and book the one that suits you.

What is not included?

Optional extras are the only additions, and they are always shown before you confirm: child or booster seats, a premium or VIP vehicle, extra stops on the way, or waiting beyond the included time. Nothing is added silently, and there is no "airport surcharge" waiting at the door.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. There is no advance payment to reserve a transfer — you confirm the booking and pay the driver on arrival.

Can the price change after I book?

No. The fare on your confirmation is fixed. It only differs if you change the booking itself — a different vehicle, an added stop, or extra waiting you request.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Cash is usually accepted in pounds, euros or Turkish lira. Agree the currency when you book so the driver is ready.
